I want to put GT side panels on an 86 4cyl. Can I just put clip them on more or less or is there alot for to it? Thanks, Charles |

I'm not sure what else it entails, but I can tell you right off the bat the decklid and vents are different.

The only panels you get to keep (since that's a shorter list!):
Roof Front lid Door skins (if you 'hack' the skirts on) Small panels behind doors (hack skirts on) Fenders (hack) Everything else gets changed (including the inner fender liners!) It's a HUGE undertaking. The number of small fiddly bits to find will overwhelm you (if you want to make it complete). You're better off to find a complete GT with a blown engine (etc) and make it what you want it to be. |
