blow off valve- for fiero

I have a 1986 Pontiac Fiero GT Fastback, i was wondering if i can get a blow off valve without getin turbo? if so , from where? and how much? THanks.

Naturally aspirated cars don't make enough pressure for a valve to hiss. All solutions are on the same level as the exhaust note simulators - a couple of horn speakers with recorded samples. Usually cost between 100-200 dollars.

You'd know in your heart that you were living a lie, though. As would everyone else as soon as you accelerated or opened the hood.

And if you actually install one on a N/A car, people are just going to laugh and point.  Blow off valves are for cars that actually need them.  Thats even worse than seeing a fart tip exhaust on a Honda Accord.

so what can i get to make my cdar sound liek its got turbo or liek supercharged or should i jus get a supercharger? fieroes dont take tubro rite?

Supercharger doesn't make BOV sound. If you want a car that sounds like it's turbo-charged, buy a turbo-charged car. People have turbo'd Fiero 2.8s, but it'll cost you I think around four thousand dollars. If you want an 80s car with popup headlights and a turbo sound, a Daytona is a lot cheaper than a turbo Fiero.

wtf ..seriously ..if you want a BOV go get a cheap turbo supra ..dont try to make the fiero sound like its running a turbo setup ..as dave said ..and he is very correct ..PEOPLE WILL POINT AND LAUGH ....
