Brown Fiero GT with collector plates.

   Last week I saw a Brown (gold?) Fiero GT (hatch) with 

collector plates B23-811.  I don't think the owner of 

that car is a member.  

I didn't get close enough to hand the driver a club 

card.....and I'm starting to run out.
