Plugs NGK V-Groove UR5 $15

MSD Wires $100 or cheap ones $50

Cap and Rotor $20 make sure they have BRass contacts

O2 sensor, if you don't know when it was changed last replace it $100

Oil and Filter $30 Castrol GTX 10w30 or 20w50 for high milage motors.

Thats the basics.

If you take it to an aircare certified shop and the O2 sensor is good, the a general tune-up is about $200 nowadays.  The includes 6 plugs, oil and filter and cap and rotor, if required.

The last O2 sensor I bought was $70.  You should also consider changing the gas filter, which is not usually included in tune-ups anymore.  But then my original gas filter that came with my car lasted 10 years before I replaced it.  The filter outlasted the fuel pump but may have been the cause of the pump going.

Cap and rotor should be changed around 15,000 miles, wires every 30,00 miles, coil, every 50,000 miles or when it goes bad, plugs every 6-10,000 miles. Or every weekend if you are running nitrous. :)

Na I have not ran nitrous on any of my motors in a fair while. Just saying with the "NOS" generation of new comers, if you do run a small bottle shot on your car, you are gonna need to change plugs very often.
