My fan which runs the heater has stopped functioning. I have yet to check the fuse (As I just got back for a couple days) but apart from that, is there any known issues with it?

If it doesn't work on ANY speed - check the fuse.  If nothing, then apply +12 straight to the single wire connector on the motor.  If that works (only with straight power), get back to me.

If it only works on high - your blower resistor is probably gone.

Just a heads up, I got a call from Romeo, he did not have a chance to do any real testing as he had to take a trip to Mexico for a wedding.  However he thanks all the suggestions.

Mexico, eh? If I was working as border patrol, I'd be a checking his rocker panels.

Depends on how much dope is stashed in the rocker panels.

I can see we're in dire need of a "tech day" on this.

I had this exact problem, fuse was fine - turned out that one of the wires on the blower motor was off, replaced it and HEAT!

Gotta love the simple solutions :)
