Was just the collar broken in the usual smash & steal fashion?

I just fixed the one in my truck that had been stolen (yes, they're the same column more or less) - took me a couple hours, and was free with some parts I had laying around.

There's a guy out here that fixes 'em for...  what was it...  $100?

the steerling column was smashed when they tryed to steel it. the column was 248 then i was hosed in charges x.x  i get 85$ back if i return the parts i didnt use LOL. how much is a fiero steering columb anyways?

and the steering wheel was 58$ lol it was a god ugly one too so i used my old one x.x

Yep they took you to the cleaners on that one. Sounds like if you plan to continue owning a Fiero, you had better learn mechanics really fast.
