I'm in the process of rebuilding the right headlight motor (with the fierostore kit, just the torque pins) and have run into the problem, the instructions say to remove the shaft and gear however i cannot get them to budge. Any tips on how to get them out? I rebuilt the left one a while ago and had no trouble getting it out at all on the other side, not sure why this is being so difficult! Thanks all!!! Ryan |

I rebuild my right side one last summer. I don't think I had to do anything aside from gently twist and pull and the gear slid out into my hand. I cleaned out the old torque bushings with an air gun, and installed the new ones. It took me longer to re and re the motor from the car than it did to rebuild the motor on the bench.
