i rebuilt both headlight motors but 1 relay doesn't work called a gm deal not available and lordco can get them.any 1 know where i can find 1 for a 85 gt.thanks

you can have the ones out of my car if you want... and if you want the h3 conversion I have that as well... $50 for the complete assys (motors, buckets and housings and bulbs)

do u have pics of the h3 conversion not sure what they look like but the relay yes.i'll have to get my dad to drive me to u and see what elsa u have call my dad his name is dean i'm tino 604-585-3121 |

My experience - The relays are most likely full of rust and
sometimes just a quick blow out/rust remover and then clean the contacts then they work again. In case you can't find any. |

I opened the relay holy cows rusty and very durty. I cleaned it but i think it shot let it dry and try it tomorrow but i have no hope for this relay.

I soaked one overnight in WD40 and the rust was still coming out. It gets into the small places in the back of the relay where some flexible bands of metal (from the contacts) wrap behind the actuator arm. If you get what I mean...? It's a small place where shorting occured in mine and caused all sorts of havoc. Also the contacts get burnt and may become intermittent when contacting each other. Cheers |

Got headlights going up and down thanks to Fire451 for the headlight parts and thelights are brighter thanks chris
