Went to Canadian Tire today for a belt (As my other one seemed to magically disappear last night. Had to limp the car home with no alternator and no water pump) for the Fiero. While I was there, I noticed a couple things I could buy to go with the 60gal air compressor my teacher gave me... $250 later I returned home with an impact gun and impact sockets, air hammer and bits, die grinder and grinder bits, air ratchet, serpentine belt, vehicle ramps, engine oil and an oil filter for my mama's Jeep.

Went home and discovered the ramps wont slide under my car in front of the rear tire, making them all-but-useless for the Fiero (I also discovered my rocker panel is damaged more than the last time I checked). Never-the-less, the ramps make oil changes on the Jeep and Sierra a much, much quicker affair. Also proceded to replace the belt on the Fiero, which seems to running acceptably now... Just in time to be stored for winter.

In an unrelated note, I have literally not a dime left in my account following my little shopping spree.

Never shift into reverse without a back-up plan.

Any store that sells tools or automotive parts is dangerous to wallets.
But I will agree on the wheel ramps, makes oil changes so much better. and amazingly, my fiero can still back onto the ones I got. (barely)

Funny story, I had my Eldorado on the wheel ramps washing it after an oil change, and some guy walked by complimenting my wheel ramps, said nothing about the shiny cadillac on top of them, just the ramps.

But the KMS garage sale is good for used tools for cheap.

Yeah, I'm still trying to devise a method of backing the Fiero on to them precisely, especially with the ass-end being uphill.

Drop your tire pressure down to about 20psi and assuming your ramps have traction holes, you will grab much better.
