Hey I've been researching and calling and I've got nothing
for 3800 engines. Does anyone know a good place that has
lots in stock?

Supercharged or naturally aspirated?

Contact Marcel on the forum, do a quick search for his user name.  Send him a PM with the engine that you want.  He can get just about any engine from any modern car, for a really reasonable price.  Usually a lot cheaper than a wrecking yard and he can include all the related wiring and computer junk in the price.  If he does not answer a PM, reply back and I will give him a call with your contact info.  (Sorry I won't give out his number without consent)

Both Romeo. I'll be making one engine out of an L67 (Series
II SC) and L26 (Series III NA)
Thanks Capt Fiero! I wouldn't have accepted the contact
info anyways without first having his permission.

I would follow David's advice, as Marcel is a great guy to deal with. On the odd chance he can't aid you, there's a N/A 3800 in Pick-A-Part, row 12. Nothing with forced induction at the moment though (As my friends heard no end of).

There is a forced induction there. A '98 bonneville with
the 3.8 SC in row 13 you might want to check out Romeo ;)

I'm looking for a 2000 or newer engine. If I can't I'll
settle for late 90's.

I went looking for any superchargers and turbochargers, didn't see any. If there was a 3.8SC, it's been stripped out.
