Tongue Hi John, another new bike...
The Car`s looking good, sure would like to see how your shaving the foam down for fiberglassing.
Getting the front looking the same on both sides is going to take some time though.
FANTASTIC to hear from you.
ps. where were you when the picture was taken..

Yeah, sold the Yamaha and got my dream bike, I love to ride BC.
It's fun to shave the fenders, it's a good thing you don't see both side of fendersLOL
The picture was taken between Squamish and Shannon Falls at lookout point.

Latest update: was on vacation, drove to Winnipeg to visit my brother and my daughterSmile
we had a great time.

Taped fenders for easier removing foam

Fibreglassing 3 layers of 1.5 oz matt

Started adding first layer of duraglass

Hi John, it sounds like your really loving both new rides.
Did you ever get the wind protector that goes between the head rests for the car (hard plastic)?
Were you able to drive with the top down on the long trip?

Wow, looking good..
I really need to learn fiberglassing like your doing.
The last one I did was the nose of my daughters Delsol.
We bought a new front end and cut it up and stretched and lifted almost all of the facial to make it look custom but not too wild.Tongue

The car is looking awesome.   Is it going to flat black when it's all done?

I've been invited to some MR2 meetings.  I haven't gone yet, but might do so sometime.
I just got back from Hong Kong.  So haven't been out driving around much.

December will be crazy busy with work and Christmas programs.  I suspect nobody is around, or we don't have enough Fieros for a convoy for a food drive or toy run.

Still watching your great work on RBS II closely.
