Our man Clynt got clipped AGAIN for the third time same place...
Apparently a truck pushed his Fiero over curb and back end way over onto the street

Notice ticket on windshield

Ticket reads "parked too far from curb"

Wow, getting a ticket for being parked too far from the curb after the car (with obvious damage) has been smucked over a few feet by a truck.

Must have been a slow day for some dick parking enforcement cop.

Hopefully the ticket was written for the position of the car AFTER it got hit and not for its position BEFORE it got it. If the ticket was for after the impact, ICBC can not say it was his fault. However if the City says he was parked incorrectly BEFORE it was it, then ICBC will try and use that against him.

Does anyone know if Clynt has the information from the Vehicle that hit him or will this have to be done through collision insurance. Does Clynt even have Collision insurance on the car. As after the last time it was hit, I imagine his rates had gone way up.

It was probly the issuer of the ticket!

Man, I'm way too cynical over here.
