The Langley cruise in was fun. Lots to do and about 3,000 cars to see. My face is burnt and I got way too much sun but I'm already planning on going next year. |

If I wanted to do the paint at your house, using my own prep tools, sander and sand paper. I would do 90% of the prep at my place, changing to un-touched (no spray painted) Panels. I would drive up to your place with a rough sanded car then bought whatever paint you feel would be sufficient. Would you "oversee" me doing the job. I am not asking you to paint my car, or even have your name attached to the job. (unless it comes out really well)
I want to black out my 85GT. Clean up the rough areas, sand down the good areas, and shoot the entire top section of the car all black including the sunroof glass blacked out. Maybe I start a new thread about this. I have never painted a car in my life and really all I want is the car to to bet one solid shade of black, and not have cracks, and big white chips in it.
Let me know what you think. |

That sounds like fun but I recommend spraying a test panel first before you try a whole car. We can talk about it this weekend. |

Cool will be a fun conversation. There is no way the car could turn out looking worse than it does right now, so I am not too worried about it being perfect. |
