Cost of Collector Insurance went up.

   I thought the price of collector insurance would come 

down a bit after receiving a refund cheque a few months 

ago.  But it actually went up to $201 this year.  

That's a 20% increase,  folks.   Far more than you and I 

are getting in any salary increases.
