84 fiero runs rough at times

   2.5 auto in morning has a really high idle around 3 3.5 rpm  I put it in drive it  comes down to normal idle

sometimes if I stop in gear it kinda stutters likeit will shut off and lacks a little power  any ideas?

fresh plugs and wires in it
