Touch up paint?

   How hard is it to full in clips and make the transition not very noticeable?  I have 2 minor chips on the decklid (both less than the size of a dime, probably half that), and on the front bumper theres what looks like a small burn mark. My car is the maroon+silver ground effect combo, what are the color codes, and id like some tips on how to do this if possible.   Oh, and on that topic, i have some kind of overspray on the front bumper, would a claybar do the trick?
