Update:  the chopper is tracking straight, but even with everything checked out for loose bolts, nuts

I still have a bit of movement back there on both wheels, must of damaged and worn something with wheels flopping around.

I have parts on order from Dickman's now, it looks like I won't be bringing the chopper this Saturday I don't want any more 

damage done until the problem is fixed.

After all on this THREAD, I now know how to spell   " L  SE "
