I started this over on Pennocks, but I thought Id post an

Here is what all this time and money is going into.

Its an 86 2m4 that I bought off of Capt. for like $200
or something. Engine is a giant paperweight, but the
frame seems solid and is more or less rust free besides
the usual stuff in the wheel wells. Interior is so-so.
The seats are decent, carpet is good. It's gunna need a
new dash and headliner eventually. All that cosmetic
stuff is way in the future. First step is getting it
moving under its own power.

The engine:

Unknown year series II L67 that i bought off another
forum member with a reported 20,000km's give or take.

I've torn it down to give it a look over, and it's very
clean. Still has cross hatching on the walls. I'll have
to send the heads away to be flattened before reassembly,
from what I've been told on pennocks.

I pulled a low mileage F23 out of a Cobalt SS

Mounts are finished, but the only pictures I have right

So thats where I'm at right now. Next step is to get
started on the wiring. Then a full rebuild is in order.
