I hate to say it, your car is so amazing, but we have one member in here with over 100,000 invested into his car and he would be lucky to get a 20% return on his investment.   You would fair a bit better at maybe %25 return.  Don't get me wrong, I love your car, but the high dollar cars that do SELL are usually engine swapped.   I don't doubt your 30,000 investment at all, it is very easy to spend that kinda money on a Fiero, but its going to be hard to find anyone to purchase it for over about 7500.   If you are asking 20, just as a starting point to let people talk you down so they think they are getting a great deal at 8000, then go for it.  I have our 79 VW Bus with a 2.0 Litre Fuel Injected Porsche motor Transplant up for sale asking price of 5500 but honestly would take 3000.  My father paid nearly 5000 just to get the motor install.  (very quick VW Bus)  Plus custom wide rally rims, custom paint, custom interior, and the bus alone is worth 3000 in stock trim on the market.   Its a sad day to be selling used cars.

Hi.
I'm interested in the car and have owned an 88GT with a northstar in the past, so I am familiar with Fieros.

I understand you may have spent $30k on the car, but don't look at it as an "investment".

I saw the e-bay listing close without any bids, and I'd be interested in the car but not for the e-bay listing price (but absolutely interested for slightly less).

I live in Ontario but with enough info and a mechanic's inspection (at my cost) I'd be willing to put down a deposit and fly out/drive back.

I never check this board, so don't respond here, but get in contact with me at dc--os-t-iga-ne at geemale.com (without the dashes and different spelling; I don't want more spam).

I can also be reached at 905 599 five five seven eight, but e-mail is better.

Thanks in advance.
