That totally blows.  

The corner now looks almost exactly like my '87 burgundy car looked the day I bought it (except mine was hit a tiny bit more and it blew out the side window).

At least it LOOKS like it's a surface hit, and the spaceframe won't have been tweaked.

Yeah, I'm with the Doc. It sucks that it happened, but at least it's all superficial. Hopefully it wont be too much of a headache to repair it.
Never shift into reverse without a back-up plan.

thanx for the support guys..must have been truck or trailer ..hole in fender/big ding in mirror   $1800.00 at icbc almost a writeoff ..anybody got a met red fender?

Check with Damian there is probably a spare fender in the locker. Might even be a med red one.

Mac dump truck (could have been a whole lot worse)
funny thing is that it didn't handle much different than the day before.just a little bit looser.

Glad to hear ICBC will fix it.  Hopefully whatever they replace will also take care of any looseness in the back end.
