These bolt directly in using existing bracket/motor assembly.
You reuse the top hinge bolts, bushings, and nuts. For the lower "push pivot" bolt, I supply a replacement 10x40mm bolt and lock-nut. You will have to modify your wiring. 90mm modules use a H9 60mm modules use a 9005 |

It's your design - and I don't want to 'judge' but....
Have you tried doing it with the lights level, or if they have to be 'tipped', doing them the other way around so the outer light is up? For whatever reason, I look at the head on view, and the car looks 'sad'! It's like it's eyebrows are tipped. If they were the other way around, it would have more of an evil grin look going on. Was going to photoshop what I meant, but the pic on here is too low res. |

Pasted from elsewhere This is turning out to be a common question The buckets you see on my car are dual 90mm. The 90mm low projector is very long and in the US must be outboard. This length and shape of the opening created a major clearance issue for the design. It took a while, but the back of the low beam will not ever drag on the door. The geometry of the door mandates that the bucket will be taller inboard than outboard. The inherent road illumination disadvantage of sports cars is the shallower angle at which light strikes the highway. My tall E-250 with sealed beams is much better (than the stock Fiero lights). Me, being a practical fellow, saw no reason to waste the advantageous elevation and pushed the high beam as high as I could go. In hindsight, the 20mm raised elevation is a mute point. The aim of the high beam is flatter in it's trajectory relative to the low. You will never see the difference. I have designs for an even across the bottom 6060 and 6090 buckets waiting for my laser guy to come back from vacation. They are 15mm shorter overall than than the 9090. Of course, if anyone wants a 9090 bucket with both modules at the same height. I can do that too.. Stay tuned, I should be able to have better comparison photos soon sad, huh?  I suppose I am just a practical guy as a opposed to a fashionable one. I used to drive a Saab 900 I hate FWD and love red cars with horse badges. I"m on a Pontiac budget. I love my SE |

Hard to describe, but... here's my best shot...
Look at Wall-E when he's just sitting there:  Then look when he's 'sad':  (yeah, lame example - whut ev' !) Anyhow, I think you get the idea. The headlights when up are the 'eyes' of the car. Being drooped downwards makes it look sad! I tried to find a matching image from him being mad but couldn't find one. |

Yes, as required in the USA by the Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard 108; your low beams must be outboard.
I am assuming that the Canada Motor Vehicle Safety Standard 108 has the same requirement. I got alot of comments here and elsewhere about my "elevated high beam module" in the 9090. In the 6060 and 6090, both high and low modules are roughly at the same elevation. The 6060 and 6090 buckets are 15mm shorter than the original 9090 |
