In case you folks missed it, our September meeting will fall on the same
night as the 2011 Langley Good Times Cruise In. Who's going? I'm thinking of going for a look before going to the club meeting. OR....go and see what's happening after the club meeting. It is possible that there would be nothing going on later at night. But then, there might might be stuff happening. Anybody interested in a club drive through Langley after our meeting? I can organize it if there are people interested in going. |

Damn, Damn, Damn, I would love to go do that. The Friday and Saturday nights after the cruise in are always a blast, streets filled with Hot Rods and lead foot junkies just waiting for an excuse to do a major burnout at every light. The smells of burnt rubber and alcohol in the air. (engine alcohol, not drinking stuff) Ladies and Gents if you miss this, you are missing something amazing. People spend thousands to fly in, or have cars shipped in / drive for days just to get to this event, and we are so very lucky to have it in our own back yard. I really think you guys should do an after meeting cruise down to Langley, hit up the DQ on Fraser and grab some Ice Cream, or that new Fancy ice cream joint on 200th near 64th. (8-9 bucks for an ice cream cone, but actually worth it, its that good) |

I plan on spending most of the day there until the meeting already.
And if I have my Fiero back together by then I'm in for a cruise down. |

If my Fiero is fixed by then (Less likely with each passing day) I'll hit it up and then the meeting. If not, I'll like hit up the cruise and stay home from the meeting out of sheer frustration at Gretchin.
