Im looking for a good lowing kit, i dont do AutoX but id like something that gives a stiffer ride, but not so stiff that it'll drive me crazy lol :P  Do i need to get both springs and shocks?  While i have the springs off, would replacing the control arm bushings with poly bushings be worth while? If so, does anyone locally sell them?  Anything else that i should replace to help the ride if im going this far? Nothing terribly expensive though.

Pop over to www.captfiero.com/ppc They have just about everything you are looking for, just don't be in a rush. They can take a long time to get odd parts in. (sometimes up to 2 months)
Doing the Poly is a royal pain in the ass. Its well worth it in my opinion but it is still a pain in the butt.   As for brands, bang for your buck, suspension tech springs are about $200 for a complete set, Poly is around 250 for a complete, front, rear and cradle set. Shocks, are up in the air, I hear KYB are good.

When i order the springs, is there a certain size i need to ask for, or would they know by looking up fieros? And as for the poly, do you need any special tool to put them in? I know to get them out you gotta heat up the old ones till they come loose, but what about putting the new ones in?
