All signed up:)...very exciting as I have always wanted just to drive my car on a real track and not be worried about cops, pedestrians, bikes...Oh this will be fun.

I hope the club would support this event as a club event whether you race or not:)...hope you can make it Austin, let's rip it up:)

Cheers

Those are great vids, which reminds me I gotta figure out a mounting system for my digicam to get some footage.

My cell's 604-802-7323.  We'll definately have to chat about this event.  I'm thninking we'll need to load our trunks up w/ stuff for this event eg. fluids, some tools, etc.  It is a day event and I'm almost sure I'll cook the stock brakes.  Do you have an air compressor for tires btw?

I just bought a 12volt air inflator yesterday and a 12volt impact gun that worked well today...a tent for us would be nice if the weather holds, nice to stay in the shade...maybe I can arrange to borrow David's.

Sounds good.. I thought i had a tire air compressor somewhere but I can't find it.  Don't forget the wheel lock key!

Short list in mind right now:

tools: sockets/wrenches

fluids: oil/water/brake

folding chair, water, snacks, sunscreen, duct tape?

Bring a jerry can as well!

I remember last year at the end of the day, my car would sputter coming hard out of turns when I was below 1/3 tank.

Burgers sound good :)
