       I hate forwarding these things on, but in this one case, its legit.   So if you get an MSN from someone that you know, and it appears to be in Spanish,  with a link to a foto (photo) site, please DO NOT CLICK IT.  Close it, block that person, then call them up, or email them and tell them to disconnect from the internet, run there antivirus and run Malware Bytes and Spybot Search and Destroy.   Once they think they are all clean, to go ahead, plug there internet line back in and give it a shot.   

      This one seems to be spreading via MSN Messenger accounts, however I am sure if you have some cross platform client like gaim you could see it, or possible gaim could end up sending it out to other messenger services like ICQ and AOL.
