Saw this on Autoblog.  I think there was mention of this car in our forum or on the chatlist last year sometime....but http://www.autoblog.com/2009/01/05/brand-new-1988-pontiac-fiero-gt-on-sale-just-35k/ - they're looking for $35K for this car.

I don't think I could bring myself to spend that much on a V8 fitted Fiero, let alone a stock one. I appreciate it's stock nature and lack of age-related problems, but I think $35K is a little bit on the dreamy side.

I think the only Fiero's that are going to go up high are the 3 that GM just put up at Barrett Jackson.  They are selling the 4 seater Fiero prototype and the GM Convertible Fiero as well the Fiero IMSA Race car.   Factory built by GM.  I think there is a clause in the sale that the people that buy them are not allowed to register them for road use.   Kinda sad to see GM selling off there prototypes but hey at least they are not being crushed.

Jay Leno will be stoked. And I always hated the four seater concept, it's just not a Fiero. Much like the guy who made the Fiero limo. TERRIBLE IDEA.
