Hey there all,

I got hit the other day and I got lucky. The only part that broke was the plastic "holley" piece at the start of the intake. I managed to save the holley emblem but I really need a new plastic piece. If you don't know which one that is, its a plastic airscoop under the drivers quarter window. The V6 had the holley emblems but the emblem is ok so anyone will do. I live in Victoria but I'll take a special trip out there to get this part. Thanks for taking the time to read my ad. you can email me at mailto:smunn@acdsystems.com - smunn@acdsystems.com or just post a reply. Thanks again

Cheers,

StuTheItGuy

Actually, the whole 'scoop' was an aftermarket (Holley - go figure!) affair.

You could stick it on a 4 or 6 car.  It's more or less an appearance thing anyhow.

They are now a dead and gone item, but AFAIK The Fiero Store still sells a similar one (ok - it's a dead nuts knock off) without your Holley name plate on it.

Thanks for the advice.

I just ordered the one from the fiero store. should be here in 3-5 days. 37 bucks. thats not bad at all i think. I was looking at the other parts and my cart is already over 300 bucks. I like that store.

It is indeed....  a very dangerous place...  if you're new to the car, and armed with nothing but your wits..  and a Visa.  ;)

lol. that is true. I am not really new to the car. We got very well aquainted when the head gasket went and I decided to rebuild the whole drive train. I think it was a good idea cause now i know what every little tick and clack is (except the one that is happening right now). There is still some work to be done but the car moves forward and stops and turns and I did end up driving it to vancouver over the new year. Actually, maybe you can help me out. there is stil a list of stuff to do to finish the car that I have no clue why it didn't work or whatever. interested to hear it? lol the joy of owning a fiero
