Yes I was told that I look like Vanilla Ice that leased once a day not that I am proud but it is funny.

LOL, yep I can totally see the Vanilla Ice look alike, especially if you have seen his movie, "Cool as Ice" which albeit an 80's movie, was still pretty good.

   Now as to what I wore in the late 80's that would have put me at 12 years old, and I was into touring bicycle riding and some BMX Freestyle. Thankfully I don't have any pics, because it was spandex shorts and T-Shirts.

OOOOO! come on now the spandex would be good  If you look a little longer you could find one or two I shure.

I suspect I have the same socks on as I did back then.

Actually, back in '88 I would've been wearing blue coveralls a lot because I was still roasting coffee for Goodhost Foods (owned by Nestlé) in their big coffee roasting plant here in Vancouver at that time.

For anyone familiar with Vancouver, Goodhost's coffee roasting plant used to be located on the south side of Terminal Avenue by the viaduct where the Home Depot store now stands.

I suppose there was, I don't remember shows I am getting old  the house and garage were built in the early 19 hundreds it was on its way to falling down never did I was surprised they don't build them like that anymore.

Allot of young guys coming into the forum's witch is great for the Fiero community.  Is there no VW fans out there it is a 1962 sunroof ragtop SLAMMED it was my baby at that time with a stereo that cost two or three time what the car did.  Another example of young and dumb.

Old  but deffanitly cooooool!   Did I mention the sun roof ragtop was not after market a little bit harder to find.
