Yep - you heard right.

Engine is virtually new.
...Aluminum Edelbrock heads
...Brodix intake
...Roller rockers
...Moroso electric remote water pump
...Holley carb
 (list goes on)

Installed in a RWD vehicle, through a TH350 trans, it was putting down just over 425HP to the wheels.

Leather buckets
Roll bar
MSD ignition
Archie kit
Autometer Monster tach with shift light
Dunlop rubber in great condition
Poly cradle bushings
Grant wheel
Thermal coated headers
~140K Km's on the chassis

Car has been driven, but needs the install to be finished (motor mounts need improving, etc).

Pictures say thousands of words...

This is a FRACTION of what has gone into this project.  Total spent on it so far has easily exceeded $25,000.

More pictures available, with a short video on request.

Found 'em.
These are really old - and were scanned from prints.

No idea who did the work.

Anyhow - the car is now sold!

Thanks for the info !

WOW, that was quick, who's the happy owner?

Do you know if there was an X frame in the middle ?

I'm not even sure who the guy is, but he lives in Surrey.  Owner sold the car before I could.

It's been about 6 years since I've worked on the car.  I checked all my photo's, and I never took any from the underside.  I just don't remember if there's an X-frame or not.  I don't think there was though.

That is one of the few V8's in the club that I have not
had the oppertunity of driving. I would love to find the
new owner and at the least ask for a test ride.

You and everybody else.

The tranny mounts were never "right", so it never really got driven!  Engine was flopping around too much at anything over about 5% throttle.  Needs mounting plates, not rubber.

That's for the new owner to play with though.

He's been 'steered' to the forum here, so we'll see.

That was a hard ad to read. He needs grammar lessons. $15, $15.000 or $15,000?
