well there have been some questions as to how to do a front air suspension in a fiero and I have been ablr to build one up that still has the ability to use the sway bar..

First remove your stock front springs, spindles etc...

next you are going to have to drill out the 4 rivits that hold the lower spring bucket in place

you should end up with this

and

you will then have to cut the lower bucket like this

you will have to cut out your bump stop and the bump on the lower control arm

the next step is to cut and weld in the upper air bag mount

the lower bucket needs this lip removed like this

the lower mount can be bolted in with some 5/16" bolts

and then you can mock up and tack the previously bought air bag mounting plate, pull out and weld, make sure your air bag is as straight as possiable.

then clean up, paint and bolt it all back togeather

plumb you air, bolt on the rest of the stock suspension, brakes, wheel and enjoy

Holy eff, that is an amazing amount of customization you did there. Good luck with the rest of the build!

suprisingly it only took about 4 hours / side which actually flew by, well the first side took a little longer as I was tring to figure out how to go about doing it.  Now all I need to get it the 2 fittings that I didn't get (thought I had thought of every possiable one that I would need) and put it back togeather and test it out, there will be a video of that once it happens

Looks Great.  Can't wait to see it in motion as you are driving down the road.  Just might want to put a stopper of some sort so that it can't bottom out the tire while driving.

Looks good!

I see you're able to continue to use the front shocks. Perhaps I'm jumping ahead here, but what are you going to use as dampers in the back?

[EDIT] I found the answer on page 2 of your http://www.westcoastfieros.com/forum/forum_posts.asp?TID=1803&PN=1&TPN=1 - other thread .  (Don't know how I missed that three months ago.)
