hi all
this one is kind of unique. the combination of options does not seem to be documented anywhere. Rumor has it that it was a "west coast dealer special" . It is a Duke automatic. other that the 84 indy, i think it is the only 4 cylinder fiero to get the dual exhaust treatment. Also note the two tone paint job. Interior is also the two tone brown combination with the leather badges on the seats.
the good- new rad, new heater core, new alternator, new water pump, new rear brake rotors and calipers, all new e brake cables, both doors completely rebuilt with new dew wipes , bushings, interior liner, and fully functional power locks and windows. Aftermarket alarm.
the bad- interior is prety nice with exception of big rip in driver seat, the engine has a tiny oil leak, she idles a bit high when cold.
the ugly- car has seen some winter road time in its past life, the frame has some corrosion and the upper wheel wells are rusted out. the car runs fine as a "runabout grocery getter", but if you wanted to do a complete restore, you would probably be better off finding another coupe some where with a "lower mainland frame" and making one out of two. 800 bucks. not more because of the rust, not less because of all the new parts, plus it is kind of a unique car. would sure be nice if there was an enthusiast out there that could find a way to keep her on the road. She might be the last of her kind..
