Hey Patrick, You should visit for a beer soon, time and funds into our home reno, and this week I am now out of work, it's kinda a good thing for change, just need to make some adjustments on cash flow. I have not started my girl since last year, I hope to go and fire her up but I know I needed to do that clutch line flush from the idiots who did my trans, they put in dot3 when I had dot5 in...I'll know soon. I will come out and support as I do miss you guys and the car, but as you can see, I have other concerns at this time...especailly with the new kick ass track you know I want to get out there...soon, I just need to see how the car is. Yes, I have it. Sorry Dave. Shortly after I brought the engine here you were back and forth to Oregon and I didn't know when to bring the dolly back. Then the months just sort of slipped away. So it's been here soaking up the ambience of east Van ever since. Let me know when it's convenient for you and I'll bring it right over.

Lots of sun and a fast course today. It's becoming more and more obvious though with the higher sustained speeds (on the new double skid-pad) that a 90 HP Fiero with street tires is rather out of its element. I'm not complaining (as I still have fun out there), but being a competitive guy I don't particularly like trailing most of the pack every weekend at the track. More power would be nice, but yeah, proper track tires would make the biggest difference. Hmmm... It was great to see Brian, Colby, and Riley (Colby's brother) out there today.

That's the problem with our climate... We get several months of rain, and then when the sun finally does come out our pale white skin gets scorched!
I'm aiming for the next PCA event on May 27th, and I'm hoping we'll have more than two Fieros out for that one. Seriously, for anyone reading this who hasn't tried autocrossing yet, ya gotta drag your butt out to the new enlarged track at Pitt Meadows and experience what it's like to legally push you and your car to their limits (at speeds approaching 100 kph). It's educational and a lotta fun!
