Just ordered a rebuild kit from Rodney. Did the passenger side myself just over a year ago. Took about 6-7 hours and do not wish to go through that again. This time I think I will pay somebody to help me out. Please let me know if somebody wants to make some extra pocket money |

Capt Fiero: No, I haven't spoken to Dawg or Dr. Fiero yet. Don't want to pressure them into taking a job they may not want to do lol. Danny: It is the 86 motor as far as I'm aware. I have already ordered a rebuild kit from Rodney. |

I'm not biting Robin because I will be out of town shortly for several
weeks. I have done several and yes, it's a hell of a lot of work. That kit is the best one to get. Don't forget to clean the contacts. I use 800 or 1000 grit wet/dry sand paper with contact cleaner sprayed on. Just 3 or 4 back and fourths is all that is needed. Cheers Dawg ------------- You dream it up....I'll make it |
