Had to disconnect the battery Ñ put the headlights down last night after a
ride and one of the headlight motors just kept spinning with an awful rattle-
buzz. Even with the car turned off.

When I put the switch into the parking lights position only, it stops. You can
see why I had to disconnect the battery...

Any ideas? Motor needs to be rebuilt? Electrical? Headlight switch worn?

The entire light assembly has an ELE plug in
at the light assembly.Just unplug it at the light
pod an then you can use the car.an it sounds like the motor
assembly needs a rebuild.there are 4 nuts that
hold the entire light pod to the body of the car.
then you can remove /rebuild what you need.
Looks like this when removed.
Good luck
