Hi everyone
I'm in need of the bracket that goes under the car to help to support the fuel
tank. It is attached with 4 bolts which I also need.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi, I remember making one out of sheet steel and drilling the 4 holes. I couldn't find one a a wrecker because all the gas tanks were pulled out and the plate thrown in the scrap bin.

You need someone who is actively parting out a car - there is a red car
on Craigslist for parts that probably still has it. I never thought to keep
those parts when I did parts cars in the past

Also the steel is much heavier than sheet metal as it is probably for
structural rigidity of the body. The tank is held up fine by the two straps

Met a guy at Princess Auto recently and he was chatting up a storm, his name is Chatty Mike:).
He said to call Dave at 778-881-3336 and say he gave you the number as he has a Fiero he wants to move.
Cheers, Brian
