I`m looking for some headers in stainless steel.
My rear manifold is leeking on a connection and from what i understand the complete engine has to come out.

I don`t understand why because it seems to me i could get it out with some effort without taking the wholle engine out?
I can have a set made for about 650 euro`s and it`s a lot of money.
Anyone has an adress where i can get them cheaper?
I think this al started when i had a custom exhaust fitted made from stainless steel.
I think there is not enough or to much underpressure?

Ah well might as wel buy a new gearbox ass well my syncromesh is worn out.
Anyone know what gearbox would be good enough so i can fit a turbo?
I own a 86 gt with a 3 liter engine

Plz help

Russell

PS i live in The Netherlands

Many questions, but...

You CAN easily pull the manifolds off without yanking the engine.  The only reason you'd have to pull the engine is if/when you break one of the 8mm bolts off (in the head) that holds them on.

Make sure (!!!) you use the good Felpro gaskets when you put your new ones on.

Check www.fierostore.com for there sprint headers - not sure if they still have them or not.
