Hello,

Well, many of you know my suspension rebuild based on lack of time has been almost 2 years in the works...and last Saturday the final tweaks for the alighment were done and man...I am a happy camper:).

The myth...Poly:).  I did a stock rebuild with the exception of lowering springs and KYB shocks (Thanks John), rebuilt steering rack (Thanks John), and rebuilt all the control arms with tie rods and ball joints (Thanks Blair)...thank god for great friends with WCF...lol

So all the kidney pains, etc...not at all.  I think because of the KYB's, the ride is very enjoyable, still softer than expected, but so much more control and stability...so do not hestitate if this is the route your thinking.

THE poly is a HUGE imporovment over the rubber no matter how you shake it.  LOL.    I am glad your car is working for you.  IT shows a good allignment can make everything good.
