I am pleasantly suprised today, not sure why my stats drops, but I lowered my fuel down to 38psi and running 94 gas:

By reading it, I would say its mainly due to your fuel system getting a more complete burn.  There are 2 main things you changed your new cat converter and your new ignition system.  Both will significantly reduce tail pipe emissions.    If you not your NOX have gone up, thats due to a higher combustion chamber temp.  The engine is burning the available fuel and running a bit hotter, if you would have turned your fuel pressure up a bit more, the nox would have went down, however the rest of the results would have went up.  IN either case, it sounds like your car is running really well.

As you know I bump up the fuel on race days to 42-43psi, normal day driving usually 40psi, tried the lower psi and nice to see how drastic the change is, and how much control with my setup for Air Care:)
