Hey guys, i ran into alot of you guys at wonderland the other weekend, But i wanna show you my ride the way it was, and the many revisions made to it to make it what it is, oh yeah and to some of you guys who don't know who i am- i'm a new member from Hope, B.C- here are some pics: stock April o7 :
started upholstery- used some ladies leather pants, cut them up, it works !:
Suspension Technique springs(shipped from california) all around, 1.6 inch drop yay:
along with KYB gas-ajust shocks in the front, and KYB GR-2 Struts in the rear:
Volkswagon rims:
... i also Did some body work and using 2 x 4 bases and fiberglass Raised the rear spoiler a tiny bit so it's a bit more flashy:
and over the the couple of weeks and the past couple of weeks, i've done a Coil over suspension Swap, installed a 1in' Rear sway bar, and since my car has been crashed into twice- im installing a fisher-body kit from a GT Notchback- so currently my car is in pieces:
It has the 4 cylinder Iron duke but in 87 it had Engine upgrades, like a roller cam, balanced shafts and a better flowing head- i have done MSD and AURORA ignition Magnaflow free flowing Cat and Muffler and PROM Chip (16 Kilobytes) annndd re-located the Intake so it isnt hanging right above the exhaust getting super hot all day long. WORD! ill give more pictures of my progess when i get some more done!

So was the owner of the pants upset? Did you at least ask before you removed them?
Nice work on your Fiero. Looking good.

Yeah Not sure if anyones looking at this anymore but i'v
Garaged my fiero for now and beginning the Process of
installing a body from a GT, and doing all the body work
necessary and painting it silver/lime. and i cut the tub
out of the back to fit a giant magnaflow dual exhaust
originally for a camaro (sounds really smooth, not raspy
at all). I've also installed 16inch rims with a 3 inch
polished lip. it's Coming along, i'll have a bunch of
pictures up here hopefully tomorrow

sorry for the long time no reply, i'v been so horribly
busy with life/cars. My passion and love for Fieros,
although is unfailing. and yes, the 3 inch lip on the
rims is Glorious my friend. simply glorious the inside
of the rim use to scrape on my struts, and i think under
heavy cornering the left side still makes a bit of a
noise. i just shaved off a millimeter or 2 of the strut
mount, which of course doesn't at all effect
functionality. i only have 225s for tire size though,
i'd like to go a bit wider with a spacer.
I have taken pictures of my progress and i will post
them when God permits me, (they are on cellphone memory
chip, i don't have a cable for my cell phone and I only
have a card reader through my Printer, lol)
but basically the car is now ready for paint, but i keep
getting more ideas for the body before i paint it. I am
going to remove/fill(body filler) in the trim that goes
around the car (through the center of the doors, fender,
bumper ect. and shave my door handles and install a
remote entry kit, and fabricate a roof scoop(non-
functional) in the center of the roof, closest to the
windshield. i am going to post pictures off all this
just before it gets painted.
again apologies for in-activity, i am still alive,
though. do i have to pay club fees or something? i have
a credit card ?
Haha

Yeah, we're not really setup to take your credit card for dues. Well, we can take it, but can't give it back until we're done the spending spree.
As for the scoop... if you're going to the trouble, why not make it at least partially functional?
Just extend it a bit past the roofline, then do some ducting into the engine bay? Doesn't have to be much...
