Official word on collector plates

   Well, I'd been wondering for some time about the plates. So, I was at an 

insurance place today, and asked the lady to contact the actual 

department that handles them. 

Word is -- MODEL YEAR. Argh!

So, that means I now have to wait until jan 1/2011 (instead of summer 

2010 if it was when my car was actually made).

	I was told it takes 2 months or so to process so I should be sending my papers in to ICBC in October.
