While reading a few old threads at Pennock's, I came across This posted almost exactly ten years ago.
So Dave, now that you're a real Dad who's held a real baby (your own!), do you still feel as weepy about hypereutectic pistons?

Can a baby spin at 7500RPM?

Ok, apparently I was wrong. You can spin a kid at 7500RPM.

Good gawd, is there no limit to stupidity! Man oh man, some people just don't think what might happen (and often does)! Yikes!

Uhm how do I answer that. Well not knowing what it felt like to be a Dad back then, I felt as strongly about my pistons as today, I do about holding my daughter. It was the greatest single thing in my life to hold onto. With the obvious exception being Lisa. Which tomorrow (July 28th) makes our 4th wedding anniversary. |

Congratulations, Dave and Lisa. If I knew tomorrow was your anniversary, I would've waited until then before starting this thread.
