Not sure where to put this, but I wanted to throw out a
huge thank-you to those who I met today. While not as
many Fiero's as I'd hoped to see(dang rain!) it was great
to meet you guys.

You were all very welcoming, and I look forward to
getting to know you all more, and will definitely try to
be very involved in this club!

A couple questions:

Capt. Fiero had mentioned a mailing list, but it escapes
me where he said to find the official list to input
myself into it, any help?

Would anybody be willing to help me install/repair my E-
brake? You've convinced me to try and learn things myself
rather then taking it to the mechanics. I've got all the
parts needed for the install.( cables, connector, handle)

I also would love is someone could help me in the right
direction of diagnosing and fixing my clutch issue where
I can't always get into reverse, so I'm guessing It's not
disengaging. I was talking to Jim I believe about it, and
he suggested that the clutch/transmission fluid needed to
be changed as well as something to do with the slave
cylinder? I'm pretty much starting from scratch here, so
I apologize If I don't fully understand things you
explained to me.

There is also a link to the mailing list on the top right of this page.
Under the log out button.

The factory service manual is very usefull for learning how to fix your
car. A paper copy is nice if you can get one but they can be
downloaded for free online. I'll find the link when I get home.

Thanks, I found the mailing list, and am currently looking
for the manual. My car did not come with one, save for a
stained, ripped front page!

I've never had the owners manual for my car either.

Fortunately they can all be had here:

Was your car an 87 or an 86?  I've got a 1986 service manual for cheap. No duplicate 87 stuff.
