I've looked for them too. There's lots on ebay but the only fast back ones I've found are diecast prebuilt ones. I think the only kit you build yourself is an 85 GT which still isn't a fast back.
That's all I've ever found so if you find more let us know. |

where are you finding the diecast fastbacks? Id really like one of those, like 1:18 or 1:24. Theres 1 fastback kit on ebay but its already at $30+shipping and has lots of time left

Waylon has one of the 86GT Fastback Models that you put together. The kinda like you would find in a hobby store. I think he got the last one in the lower mainland. Lisa and I have a couple of the Notchback ones.

I have two GT model kits, one is complete and still sealed (except the box), the other one was started, just started and complete...bought both on ebay for $60 each a few years back. The one that was started I discussed with Zander as he wanted it, the new one if interested you can contact me as I am not so sure I will ever get to putting this together...lol. |

Brian, I'd buy one of your kits if only the sail panels were large enough to fit my GT. |

If you've still got the sealed one - please - whoever buys it, or if you keep it... KEEP IT SEALED!!! Don't build it.
It's value will drop to near nothing once built. Keep it in the package with the plastic on it. Think about that Beatles white album you had, and tore the wrapper off then played it. It's worth diddly. If it was still sealed? Could almost trade it for a downpayment on a house. ;) |
