Appraisals

As mentioned at the Sept 14th meeting, I have been in
contact with Jim Winter (Langley) as he is an
independant appraiser for vehicles. In talking to Jim I
found that he use to manage (Curator and restorer) of the
past Cloverdale Car Museum, and had been involved with
ICBC for a long time. He has been appraising automobiles
since the mid 80s and is recognised by ICBC. Jim develops
an eight page document with you, detailing your vehicle
and provides approximately 20 pictures, backing the
documentation. This takes about 1-2 hours. Booking an
appointment is recommended,as there is generally a 1-2
week waiting period. Cost is $300.00 (tax in) and re-
evaluations ( lets say 5 years later or if things change
