Broken down Fiero on Sunday morning

   I was on the wrong side of highway 91 headed into Vancouver so I was unable to help...my apologies.
On Sunday morning about 8:15am, southbound, there was a red Fiero pulled over on the side of the highway with the decklid up and the driver standing outside on the phone calling for help.   It was gone by the time I returned, at 9:30am so I'm assuming it got under way.
