I hate seeing a good tradition go to waste and since we didn't officially organize a Cinco de Mayo run this year, I still want to take my Fiero out in good weather.   So......

Traditionally, we have gone to Hellsgate, but I can't go until after lunch. So I will only go to Harrison and then stop off at Pitt Meadows on the way back to see if we can catch the end of the auto-crossing as spectators, and encourage the Fieros that are going to be there on Sunday (are there any?).

For those who don't want to pay a toll to cross the bridge, you can head back across at Mission or Patullo or Queensborough/Alex Fraser if you need to be on the south side of the Fraser.

I will meet up Krispy Kreme (Scottsdale Mall) at 3:00pm. Anybody wanting to join me, please be there.

So it was a great day for a drive and I had a great time with Glenn. We drove, ate, drank, Glenn chatted with a nice Police officer at a roadblock, and drove home. It was fun.

Two collector plated cars meeting at Krispy Kreme.

Glenn was low on fuel so he had to fill up on GVRD price gas.

We arrived at Harrison Hot Springs.

We met up with some Fiero wannabes.

Stopping at the pub for a snack.

Some views from the pub....
The waitress show us her sunburns.

...and just outside the pub.

....and on our way home.

They waved me through and stopped the Fiero driver behind me to have a short chat
