Edgemont Village Show & Shine

Last Sunday was the 3rd Annual Edgemont Village Show &
Shine and I was there representing our club.

There were around 250 cars registered, but the fairly
heavy rains reduced the number actually showing up.

Some of the cars being exhibited were the MG's, the
Thunderbirds, a few of the BC Antique Club's cars, lots
of other masterpieces (real old antiques going back to
1918 and some really nice tricked out hot rods) and ME -
the only Fiero in the show! But we did get a lot of
attention and questions about the car (which was the
first time all of it's new stuff had been shown).
Considering the beauty of some of the hot rods on
display, I was not overly disappointed that we did not
win any awards.

Maybe next year I can persuade the owners of a few other
Fieros to come to the show and we can show them all what
real classic cars look like!
