Hi all, I have search Pennocks and internet and there are a couple of threads for aftermarket seats and rails but nothing for stock, anyone know if it's possable to lower the height (more headroom) for our stock seats?. Cheers... |

Brian, I've seen threads at Pennock's describing how to bend/adjust the rails so that the (stock) seats sit lower. What happened, did you have a late-in-life growth spurt (and now require more headroom)?

With the race training, I need to posture my seat upright for racing, and add a helmet...I literally need to remove my sunroof, but I still hit the edge, if I can get 1-2", that would be great. Next year I may consider the race seat, harness, etc. I am not sure what words to use in the search as I tried many, be curious to see how much work it may be to accomplish this...Thanks:) |

It was a tough call, but I used the words "lower" and "seats". Have a look Here at what Archie did. If I could just convince Clynt and John Carlo to do this mod to the passenger seats in their choppers, I could actually go along for a ride in a sitting position and not have to practically lie down. Me sitting (yes, sitting normally) in John's chopper at the club meeting in July of last year...

Brother, I have a stock roof and I still lie down. Why wouldn't you want to, it's amazing! |

I lie down when I'm sleeping and often when I'm , but never when I'm driving.

I can only imagine what horrible expletive lurks behind that censor sign. I don't know, I like to lie down for everything. Probably why I wanted to be a mechanic - affinity for creepers. |

Hey Patty, you can't call me a dog. Which one of us placed a twenty on the ground? Yeah, thought so. And we don't need a room. We just need to be young, handsome and... Oh hey, well, looks like I'm taken care of! =D |

Hey, admit it... That was a brilliantly planned and executed maneuver. The coup de grâce was that it was Clynt's twenty! Let's see you top that at the meeting this weekend.

I strongly suggest you don't try "topping" Ainsleigh at the meeting. You'll get the whole works of us thrown out!
