Vaccum Leak?

i had a question. i drive a 1986 gt, and im not sure if its a vacuum leak or not ive herd from others it is sum say its a gasket leak but hers the problem or wen i hear it, wen my car is all warmed up, and i let go of the gas and as the RPM drops, i hear a type of a whistle sound? n e ideas on wat it really is or how to fix it at a cheap cost? -thnk.

Wave an unlit propane torch around all the joints (intake, EGR tube, etc etc) and listen for a shift in the idle.  That'll at least point you in the direction of your leak (if you indeed have one).

Ya know we tried this on Luke's car.  Even went as far as pulling the PCV valve and shoved the propane torch on full right up to the PCV and the idle would not change.  Turned out he did not actually have a vacuum leak, it was just a bad IAC connection, but I really thought this trick would work.
