I have to sell my 86 se. *&$%@ landlord is bitchin about too many cars on the property. Was hoping to use her parts for my other one. But, I have to choose between my Car or my Jeep. Keep in mind the Jeep has survived 4 years of mud and abuse, 3 girlfriends and a wife. So the choice was obvious. I'm not selling the other one. No way no how. SO, if you need parts, or the whole damn thing, gimme a call. 604-534-4758. This car does not roll, sat for 10 years with a blown head gasket. And is a 4 speed. No headlights, hood, or seats (I have Em, but trust me, you don't want them). First offer closest to $200 gets it. I NEED to sell it by the end of the month, so make an offer!! Thanks, J.

Could I buy the water pump off of you? And any plans for the frame after?

Never shift into reverse without a back-up plan.

Jayman, sorry to hear of your predicament.

I just got nicked for a freakin' $250 fine for parking my daily driver on the street beside my house here in Vancouver with no current sticker on the plates. I didn't renew its insurance this fall (first time in three years) when it ran out because I now have my GT on the road. It pisses me off that there's some effing neighbor that's reporting me to the city. The car's parked beside my own house (corner lot) and definitely doesn't look like an "abandoned" car (as the ticket states). B*st*rds!

Anyway, back to your 86 SE... Perhaps you could mention the exterior/interior color in case you end up parting it out, and maybe roughly where you're located in the Lower Mainland?

Isn't a new V6 water pump only 30 or 40 bucks?  For the time it takes to change one, I would not be putting a used one on, just to maybe have it leak in a few months, then have to go through the entire job of changing it again.

I wont even use reman water pumps in any Fiero's due to the headache of changing it.  On the same token, I won't install anything but a NEW high end alternator on a V6 Automatic Fiero.  If you have ever changed an Alternator on a V6 automatic, you know what I am talking about.  Its a 30min job on a standard, its 4-6 hrs on an auto. (unless you cheat and take the alternator apart put the 2 half's into the engine and assemble it in place) I don't recommend that method to anyone unless they know how to rebuild an alternator.

Thanks for all the interest! I worked out a solution with a friend. The 86 SE, Is going to my friends house to be completely torn down and redone. I'll have pics up in the new year if all goes good.
